Dr. John Girard will lead a live web conferencing session aimed to share narrative tools and techniques that facilitate knowledge sharing. After briefly reviewing the theory of storytelling, John will describe the types of stories available to organizational leaders. The session culminates with a case study of storytelling in action. Three stories will be reviewed with a view of determining the key elements of success. John will present a Powerpoint slideshow and take questions at the end. Total time: 1 hour. |
